Feeling Down? Anxious? Hostile? A 4-Day-a-Week Exercise Regimen May Help

According to this NY Times article by Gretchen Reynolds, “A regular workout was shown to ease depression and lift moods.” Even better? The study reportedly found “the mood benefits of exercise can linger for weeks after people stop working out.” 

Now, if that’s not reason to keep moving during this pandemic, we don’t know what is!
