Do you know just how important self-efficacy is to your health and wellness?

In this NY Times article, Gretchen Reynolds tackles the topic and explains how “a new study finds that if you tell people that they have a genetic predisposition to certain health characteristics, such as low capacity for exercise or a tendency to overeat, their bodies start to respond accordingly. Even if their DNA does not actually contain the gene variants in question.”

That being said, we can’t stress the phrase “mind over matter” enough!
